Morrow was drafted in the second round of the 2010 MLS SuperDraft by San Jose and made his professional debut on April 14, 2010 in a U.S. Open Cup game against Real Salt Lake. Morrow played for the University of Notre Dame from 2006 to 2009 in 89 matches and totaled seven goals and seven assists. He was a BIG EAST Academic All-Star in 2007 and 2008, and was named team captain for the 2009 season. During his four years with the Fighting Irish, Morrow helped lead the team to four NCAA appearances.
