FC Tampa Bay Replace Coach Paul Dalglish

From the NASL website.

The FC Tampa Bay Rowdies today announced that the team and head coach Paul Dalglish have decided to part ways, effective immediately.

Perry Van Der Beck, the club’s Executive Vice President, Technical Director and Director of Player Development, will serve as Interim Head Coach for the final two games of the 2010 season.

“This was a difficult decision to make but we feel it is in the best interest of our club for both of us to move in different directions,” said Owner/President Andrew Nestor. “We appreciate all of the hard work that Paul gave to this team, and we wish him and his family nothing but the best in the future.”

“I appreciate the opportunity that this team gave to me and thank everyone that I had the opportunity to work with,” said Dalglish. “As head coach, I was provided all of the tools and resources necessary, but we never achieved our goals this season.”
